Returns Policy

We believe you will love your Lucie Life Planner, however if you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt.

To start the return process, please contact us with your name and order number at support@lucielifeplanner.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a provided UK address. 

  • All returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Please use the tracked shipping method for any returns to avoid items lost.

  • Buyers are responsible for submitting correct information for shipping address. Shipping fees nor product cost are non-refundable for refused, uncollected or undeliverable items for incorrect address given.

  • Only regular priced items may be returned for refunds, unfortunately sale / discounted items cannot be returned.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, if approved your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days. The refund will be for the goods minus delivery costs and any transaction fees.

Changing or cancelling your order after purchase:

  • Once your order has been placed, we get to work straight away to start dispatching your order quickly! For this reason, in most cases, we won't be able to amend your order.

  • If you change your mind you will need to wait until you receive your order and then process it as a return and refund. 

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturing error.
